Each group was assigned 1-2 teachers for support and guidance.
Welcome from the Headmaster
Afterward, we received a warm welcome from the Headmaster. In his speech, he talked about how important education, teamwork, and new ideas are. It was a great way to begin the day.
Project Presentations
After the welcome, we had the Project Presentation. Different teams showed their AirScout projects, talking about what they have achieved so far, the challenges they faced, and their plans for the future.
Presentation of each School
Next, each school gave a short presentation about what makes them special. They talked about their school system. This helped everyone to learn more about each school.
School Visit of LTETT
We then went on a School Visit, where we got to see the classrooms, facilities, and learning spaces. It was a great way to understand the LTETT school environment better.
Lunch
We took a break for lunch in the school canteen, where everyone enjoyed a nice meal together.
Preparation for external meetings
After lunch, we started with two important presentations as part of the preparation for the upcoming EU meeting:
Marketing & Communication Workshop
After the presentations, we moved on to the Workshop on Marketing and Communication. The session started with a short presentation and instructions on the project goals.
Participants were then divided into two main groups:
Each group was further split into two sections, one dedicated to AirScout and the other to Certification. The goal was to develop marketing material that highlight different aspects of the project.
Presentation of Results
All four groups presented their results, showcasing creative ideas and effective marketing strategies. The presentations provided valuable insights into how best to communicate the benefits of AirScout and the certification process.
Collaboration Time
The day concluded with collaboration time where participants worked together to finalize their projects documents. We wrapped up by writing a report of the day’s activities to document the progress and key takeaways.
