Report of the second day of the meeting in St. Pölten:

The second day of the meeting in St. Pölten was focused on presentations, project improvements and trip planning. The day started at 9:00 am with a preparation session for the upcoming presentations. Participants practiced their speeches and refined their presentation skills.

From 9:40 am to 11:20 am, participants presented the project to students at HTL. They also trained for their presentation at TGM, a school in Vienna. Additionally, the organisation “Klimabündnis” introduced their “Bikerider” project, which aims to promote sustainable transportation.

After a short break, the next session began at 11:30 am. Participants tested the project website, provided feedback, and afterwards, helped to improve it. This session was important for ensuring the website was user-friendly and effective.

Lunch took place at 12:30 pm in the Mensa, giving everyone a chance to relax and discuss the morning’s activities.

At 1:30 pm, participants worked on preparing for the trip to Vienna. They discussed and decided what students should do during their free time in the city. The goal was to create an engaging and enjoyable schedule.

After a short break, the afternoon continued with a workshop on marketing and communication from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The focus was on finalizing the leaflets and posters that had been created during the last meeting in Luxembourg. Participants worked in teams to refine the materials and ensure they effectively communicated the project’s message.

The day ended with a collaboration session from 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm, where participants reviewed their progress and planned the next steps.

Overall, the second day was productive and engaging. Participants improved their presentation skills, worked on important project materials, and made great plans for the upcoming activities in Vienna.
