Description
Students from the Business and Smart Technologies sections of LTETT, together with their teachers, are taking part in an Erasmus+ project meeting involving four schools. The event is being held at HTL St. Pölten in Austria from October 12 to 17, 2025.
During this meeting, the five schools launched a new Erasmus+ project called Wind@School, which will run until May 2027.
This project will aim to strengthen cooperation, develop practical skills and raise awareness about wind energy and the European Union, while also improving language abilities and soft skills. The participants will take part in workshops, joint sessions and presentations focused on wind energy and the European Union. In teams, the students will assemble a small wind turbine from individual components and work together in workshops on topics related to the EU values and wind energy. They will write daily reports and create videos and photos to share information about the Erasmus+ meeting and its results through school websites and social media. Cultural and educational excursions such as visits to historical sites and meetings with local stakeholders will complement the program and promote intercultural understanding.
